SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders. Please make sure to check the Estimated Shipping Date on the product page for when your order is expected to ship out. If you have multiple items in your order, your complete order will ship out on the date of the latest item. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select one of our expedited shipping options below at checkout.
Standard Shipping: Free (3-8 Business Days - Allow up to 2 additional business days for order processing)
2-Day Shipping: $25 (2 Business Days - In stock items ship the same business day if order is received by 12pm EST. Made-to-order items ship when ready.)
Overnight Shipping: $45 (1 Business Day - In stock items ship the same business day if order is received by 12pm EST. Made-to-order items ship when ready.)
USPS Priority International Shipping: $45 (6 + Business Days - Allow up to 2 business days for order processing)
FedEx International Shipping: $70 (2 Business Days - Allow up to 2 additional business days for order processing)
Please note that any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our Policy (U.S. Customers Only)
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so we give you up to 30 days to change your mind about. If you decide your piece is not right for you, reach out to us to initiate your return! To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn, with the security tag still attached, and sent back in its original packaging.
There is a $5.95 USD handling charge for return shipping that will be deducted from your refund. Email us at mysupport@joseitech.com to initiate your return and we will send you a shipping label.
Exclusions:
Returns are accepted for the majority of our products with the exception of the following:

Final Sale items: Any piece listed as final sale within the Additional Product Information section on the product page.

Personalized jewelry: All initial jewelry, jewelry containing numbers, monogrammed and engraved items.

Custom orders: Any jewelry piece we do not carry on our site.

Specialized orders: If we order a piece in a gold color, custom chain length, or ring size that we do not carry on our site.
Pieces that we cannot accept returns for are marked as final sale on their product page to ensure complete transparency. Please read this carefully before making your purchase!
Refunds take approximately one week to process, and depending on your credit card, it can take 5 - 7 days for the refund to post to your account. Where applicable, special outbound shipping charges are not refunded.
To ensure we can continue offering this return policy to our customers, we do monitor returns made by customers. Continued returns will be flagged and future orders potentially refused at our discretion.
Exchanges
If you want to swap your piece out for something else, please contact us mysupport@joseitech.com to initiate the exchange. Where possible we will help to facilitate this, but please note that all exchanges are subject to a $5.95 return shipping fee.
Gift Returns
If you received a Josei Jewelry item as a gift and wish to return, reach out to us at mysupport@joseitech.com to initiate the return process! We will e-mail you a prepaid label (a return shipping fee of $5.95 applies). Once we receive your item, we'll email you your refund in the form of store credit for the full purchase price, less the return shipping fee.
To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn, with the security tag still attached, and sent back in its original packaging.
Please note that we do not accept returns on international orders.
